
A fun-filled day to celebrate the joy of books and reading! Meet incredible authors, join us for storytimes and entertainment, enjoy food trucks, crafts and activities, and add to your library!

What's in store
Award-winning children's authors from various genres and reading levels will be available from 11 am to 3 pm to interact individually, chat about their books, and sign them. Their books will be available for sale in the Kid's Tent.
Children of all ages will be delighted by the activities we have in store from 10 am until 4 pm. The Michener Art Museum will host a space for young writers-to-be of all ages to get creative and craft their own ‘zines! Storytimes and entertainment will run throughout the day at the stage, located near the entrance to the festival, playground, and Kids Fest tent, along with face painting, balloon animals, and chalk art.

A performance by the talented members of the Central Bucks High School Theater Groups
12:00 PM: Author Storytime
Storytime with some of the fantastic authors from the Kids Fest tent, who will read their own work. Their books are available in the tent to take home!
1:15 pm: Eco-Man
An award winning singer-songwriter from Bucks County, who plays environmentally friendly music for the whole family.
1:50 pm: local Librarian Storytime
Join our local librarians for an interactive storytime of The Legend of Rock Paper Scissors. Rock Paper Scissors tournament to follow the reading for any interested, with prizes for the top contenders!
2:30pm: YogaGnome
Storytime and movement with the team from YogaGnome
3:00 pm: Katey Howes Dedication
A special storytime in memory of the award-winning poet and author Katey Howes
3:15 pm: bilingual storytime
Join us for a Spanish and English storytime
3:45 pM: Closing Remarks
