Carrie Pierce is a nobody who has written nothing with the exception of this book and over 10,000 handwritten notes. Before writing her book, Carrie got a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Urban Studies. After that, she ran a successful business in real estate for 20 years in Seattle, WA where she received numerous industry awards, the details of which may bore you to tears. She currently works as a Leadership Coach at Building Champions.

Carrie lives in Chalfont, PA with her three daughters and a psychotic cat named Phoebe. When she’s not reading or writing you can usually find her hiding from her kids with a pint of Ben & Jerry’s. book cover with blurb - Carrie Pierce.jpg

The book addresses the impulsivity and distractedness of technology and how its caused us to be more lonely and anxious than ever before. The book matters to those looking to fill their cup with deeper connections, better business acumen and happier lives. It marries old ways of doing things with new including strategies and examples while offering readers a more rewarding approach to their relationships, mental health, and career pursuits through the ritual of handwritten notes.

Drawing on principles of Dale Carnegie, you’ll read a step-by-step approach on how to write a handwritten note with maximum impact, including several examples within. There are a few books out there on handwritten notes, but nothing has ever been written as philosophically in depth and as strategically minded as this book.
